When you're grieving, finding people who truly understand what you're going through can be challenging, and it's not uncommon for family and friends to gradually distance themselves. Naturally, we don't want to feel like a burden, which can lead us into isolation and loneliness.
Yet, we want to be seen, heard and understood.
Recognizing this, because I've been there myself, I'm pleased to offer VENT SESSIONS to provide a supportive and understanding place for those navigating any kind of grief. These sessions are phone calls between you and me, providing a safe space (without judgment) for you to express your emotions, feel heard and supported during one of the hardest times in your life. Having a designated private time to "vent" with someone who understands what you're going through can be a huge relief. And you have my solemn promise that everything you share with me will be kept strictly confidential.
How do VENT SESSIONS work? It's simple ... you talk and I’ll listen. (Up to 30 minutes per session). I don't give advice unless asked and I won't try to "fix you." But I will answer any questions you have to the best of my ability.
Please be aware that while I have personally experienced significant losses, I am not a psychologist, licensed therapist or certified grief counselor. If you require mental health support, I urge you to seek guidance from a professional therapist.
